「NiceOn利用規約」（以下、「本規約」とします。）は、Wataru Nagasawa（以下「提供者」）が提供するNiceOn（以下、「本アプリ」とします。）の利用条件などを定めるものです。 本アプリを利用する者（以下、「利用者」とします。）は、本規約に同意し、これを遵守しなければなりません。 本規約に同意できない場合、本アプリのダウンロード、インストール及び使用を中止してください。本アプリをダウンロード、インストール又は使用する場合、利用者は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the use of NiceOn ("App") provided by Wataru Nagasawa ("Provider"). Users of this App ("Users") must agree to and comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App. By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
利用者は、自己の責任で本アプリを利用するものとし、本規約に基づく義務に違反する行為、本アプリを利用してなされた一切の行為、及びそれらの行為の結果生じた損害（提供者が被る可能性がある損害を含みます）につき一切の責任を負うことに同意するものとします。 利用者の使用権は非独占的なものであり、第三者への再使用許諾、譲渡又は契約上の地位の承継等を行うことはできません。 本アプリを稼働させる機器（スマートフォン、タブレットを含む）及びネットワーク等の環境は、利用者の費用と責任で準備するものとします。
Users shall use this App at their own responsibility and agree to bear full liability for any actions taken using the App, any violations of these Terms, and any resulting damages (including those that may be incurred by the Provider). The right to use the App is non-exclusive and may not be sublicensed, transferred, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Users shall be responsible for preparing, at their own cost and responsibility, the devices (including smartphones and tablets) and network environment necessary to operate the App.
本サービスは原則として無料で提供されます。ただし、将来的に課金が発生する場合、事前に通知し、利用者の同意を得るものとします。
The App is basically provided free of charge. If charges apply in the future, Users will be notified and their consent obtained beforehand.
本アプリに関する著作権、商標権、肖像権等を含む一切の知的財産権は、提供者または第三者に帰属します。
All intellectual property rights related to the App, including copyrights, trademarks, and image rights, belong to the Provider or respective third parties.
利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。また、違反により損害が生じた場合、利用者は賠償責任を負うものとします。
Users must not engage in the following acts. If a violation causes damage, the User shall be liable for compensation.
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。提供者は、本アプリの完全性、有用性、動作保証、特定の目的への適合性、使用機器への適合性その他一切の事項について保証しません。また、通信障害、システム機器等の瑕疵、障害又は本アプリの利用により利用者又は第三者が被った損害について、提供者は一切の責任を負いません。 利用者の操作により、本アプリが、他のアプリを呼び出す場合又は他のアプリの機能を利用する場合、当該アプリの仕様、動作及び効果等について、提供者は一切の責任を負いません。
This App is provided "as is." The Provider makes no warranties regarding the completeness, usefulness, performance, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility with user devices, or any other aspect of the App. The Provider shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users or third parties due to communication failures, system defects or malfunctions, or use of the App. Furthermore, if the App invokes other applications or utilizes their functions through user operations, the Provider assumes no responsibility for the specifications, behavior, or effects of such external applications.
提供者は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容、表示、操作方法、運営方法等を変更し、又は本アプリの提供を中断、終了することができます。この場合、提供者はかかる変更・中断等に起因して生じる事象について一切責任を負いません。 利用者が本規約に定める事項の一つにでも違反した場合、提供者は、なんらの通知を行うことなく当該利用者との間において本規約を解約し、当該利用者について、本アプリの利用を終了させることができることとします。
The Provider may, without prior notice to users, modify the content, appearance, operation method, or management of the App, or suspend or terminate its provision. In such cases, the Provider shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from such modifications, suspensions, or terminations. If a user violates any provision of these Terms, the Provider may, without any prior notice, terminate this agreement with the user and revoke their access to the App.
本規約は、利用者の事前の承諾を得ることなく、予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後に本アプリを使用された場合、利用者は当該変更に同意したものとみなします。 本規約を変更した場合、提供者は、本アプリ上への掲載等、提供者が適切と判断する方法で、利用者に通知又は公表します。
These Terms may be amended without prior consent or notice to the users. By continuing to use the App after such amendments, users are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms. When the Terms are amended, the Provider will notify or announce the changes to users in a manner it deems appropriate, such as by posting them within the App.
個人情報は「プライバシーポリシー」に従って適切に管理され、同意なく過剰な取得や提供は行いません。
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be collected or disclosed without consent beyond necessity.
利用者は所定の手続きにより退会できます。提供者は、規約違反等があった場合、任意に利用者を強制退会させることができます。
Users may withdraw via designated procedures. If violations occur, the Provider may suspend or terminate a User's account at their discretion.
本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争が生じた場合は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These Terms are governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
