Wataru Nagasawa（以下「提供者」）は、NiceOn（以下「当アプリ」）が扱う個人情報の管理に細心の注意を払います。本ポリシーは、当アプリが収集する情報、その利用目的、第三者サービスへの提供、及び利用者の選択について説明します。
Wataru Nagasawa ("Provider") places great importance on the proper handling of personal information collected through the NiceOn app ("this App"). This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, how it is shared with third-party services, and the choices available to you.
個人情報とは、個人に関する情報であり、当該情報に含まれる氏名、電話番号、メールアドレスその他の記述等により特定の個人を識別することができるものを指します。
Personal information refers to data such as name, phone number, email address, or any other description that can identify a specific individual.
当アプリは、利用者が機能を使用する際に以下の権限を求めることがあります。権限は端末の設定からいつでも変更できます。
The App may request the following permissions when you use the related features. You can change them at any time in your device settings.
当アプリは、サービスの提供のため、以下の第三者サービス（処理者）を利用しており、必要な範囲で情報が送信・保存されます。各サービスのデータの取り扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従います。提供者は、これらの提供を除き、法令に基づく場合等を除いて個人情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。
To provide the service, the App uses the following third-party services (processors), to which information is transmitted and stored as necessary. Each service handles data under its own privacy policy. Other than these, the Provider does not sell or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties, except as required by law.
これらのサービスは日本国外（米国等）でデータを処理する場合があります。
These services may process data outside Japan (e.g., in the United States).
スコアカード取り込み機能を利用すると、選択した画像は認識処理のため Cloudflare Workers AI に送信され、コース名・日付・プレイヤー名・スコアが構造化データとして抽出されます。提供者は、認識のために送信された画像自体を当アプリのサーバーに保存しません。抽出された内容は、利用者がレビュー画面で確認・修正したうえで投稿を確定した場合にのみ、ラウンド記録として保存されます。撮影日時の推定のため、画像の EXIF メタデータ（撮影日時）を端末上で読み取ります。
When you use the scorecard import feature, the images you select are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI for recognition, which extracts the course name, date, player names, and scores as structured data. The Provider does not store the submitted images themselves on our servers. The extracted content is saved as a round record only if you confirm the post after reviewing and correcting it. The App reads the photo's EXIF metadata (capture date) on your device to suggest the date of the round.

利用者は、アプリ内の設定からアカウントを削除できます。アカウントを削除すると、Firebase の認証情報及びユーザーネームの登録が削除されます。なお、削除後も、他の利用者のタイムラインやコース情報の整合性のため、過去に作成・共有された投稿等の記録の一部が保持される場合があります。特定のデータの削除をご希望の場合は、お問い合わせください。
You can delete your account from within the App's settings. Deleting your account removes your Firebase authentication credentials and your username registration. Please note that some records you previously created or shared (such as posts) may be retained after deletion to preserve the integrity of other users' timelines and course data. If you would like specific data deleted, please contact us.
個人情報の漏洩、改ざん、滅失などを防止するため、適切な安全対策を講じます。
Appropriate measures will be taken to prevent leakage, loss, or unauthorized access to personal data.
本アプリの利用には、13歳以上であり、かつ居住国の法令が定める年齢以上であることが必要です。提供者は、これらの年齢に満たない方から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。該当する情報を収集したことが判明した場合は、これを削除します。
You must be at least 13 years old, and at least the minimum age required by the laws of your country of residence, to use the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below these ages, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it.
提供者は必要に応じてプライバシーポリシーを改定することがあります。変更は当アプリまたはサイト上で公開されます。
This privacy policy may be revised and posted in the app or on the website as needed.
ご本人からの開示・訂正・削除等の要請には、運営者が誠実に対応いたします。
Requests for access, correction, or deletion of personal data will be handled in good faith.
